FRENCH PRESS AEROPRESS
French Press

1: start boiling the water

2: grind 2 tablespoons of beans for every cup of water, to a medium-coarse grind (so that it looks like bread crumbs)

3: pour the grounds into the french press and wait for the water to finish boiling

4: once the water's done boiling, wait 2 minutes then pour it into the french press, wetting all the grounds and filling the french press halfway, and let it sit for 1 minute

5: pour in the rest of the water

6: stir it with a wooden spoon or chopstick

7: and let it sit for 3 minutes

8: plunge

Aeropress

1: start boiling the water

2: grind 1 scoop of beans for every increment of water as marked on the aeropress (i.e. 2 scoops of coffee to fill the aeropress with water up to number 2)

3: pour the grinds into the aeropress and wait for the water to finish boiling

4: after letting the water cool down for 2 minutes, pour in enough water to cover the grounds

5: stir it up and wait 30 seconds

6: add the rest of the water

7: put on the plunger, and wait another 30 seconds

8: press down slowly so that it takes 30 seconds to reach almost the bottom
